ARE YOU LOOKING TO JOIN A RUNNING CLUB?
OUR STRAVA CLUB WILL KEEP YOU RUNNING.

Whether you’re just starting out or looking to push yourself further we have a workout for you. Coach Nina will be putting us to work every Monday in our TEST, speed sessions. Thursday we MAINTAIN with 5K. Friday we PUSH with a longer run, hosted by Parkdale Roadrunners. Saturday we BUILD with a beginner run. 
 
To ensure that our entire community is able to complete the workouts (even if you can’t make it to Bond) we will be updating our Strava Club page every week with a Coach's Note. The note will include all the information you will need for the week, including: a weekly focus, workouts, and run distances. All runs are free of charge and lockers are available for bag check.

SCHEDULE:

MONDAY 7PM - TEST (Intervals) with Coach Nina

FRIDAY 7PM - PUSH (10-15K at 5:30/KM) with Parkdale Roadrunners

SATURDAY 10AM - BUILD (3-5K with 10K option) with Ager and Steven
