We offer 7 runs a week to keep you movin'!

Whether you’re just starting out or looking to push yourself further we have a workout for you. Coach Nina will be putting us to work every Monday in our TEST, speed sessions. Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday we MAINTAIN with a social 5k. Friday we PUSH with a tempo run, Saturday we RELEASE with a long run and Sundays we BUILD with a beginner run. 
To ensure that our entire community is able to complete the workouts (even if you can’t make it to Bond) we will be updating our Strava team page every week with a Coach's Note. The note will include all the information you will need for the week, including: a weekly focus, workouts, and run distances. All runs will remain free of charge and lockers are available for bag check.
